Shipping and Delivery

At this time, No Guilt Life ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, No Guilt Life ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
